Shipping policy
PREPARATION AND SHIPPING
Since our wings are handmade, production takes some time. Most wings are made and prepared for shipping within 10–20 days; custom wings, or times when we have a high volume of orders, may take a bit longer.
We offer free worldwide shipping by sea or ground (except in some locations where delivery is complicated), as well as express shipping by air. A tracking number is provided for every order.
Shipping options:
- Free, standard shipping — by sea or ground. Delivery takes approximately 25–30 days after the order ships. Best choice if you have time and are in no rush.
- Express shipping — by air, for an extra charge, with carriers such as FedEx, UPS, or DHL. Delivery takes approximately 7–10 days after the order ships.
Please note:
- For a more accurate estimate of preparation and shipping times, please contact us (info@ravenscraftsdecor.com) with your delivery country and postal/zip code, and we'll check the current times for your exact location.
- Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. We are not liable for delays, additional charges, or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
- We are not responsible for any customs fees or other local taxes — these are the customer's responsibility.
- We are not responsible for packages that are rejected or returned to us due to unresolved delivery issues with the carrier that are the customer's fault.
